Yes, our tour guides can conduct tours in a variety of languages. Please enquire for availability.

Yes, lunch stops can be included, though please note this will slightly reduce sightseeing time.

We offer coaches of all sizes, from 16-seat mini-coaches to double-deckers with 98 seats. Most full-size coaches include onboard toilets, please let us know if a WC is essential. We also provide specialty vehicles, such as our Afternoon Tea bus, which can be catered onboard.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to travel/service date. Bookings not paid in full by this deadline may be subject to cancellation.

Certain attractions, entry tickets, and services require immediate payment in order to be booked and confirmed. These items are non-refundable once confirmed. If this applies, the relevant details will be advised when processing the quote.

Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to departure: Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: Non-refundable, non-transferrable.
Please note that certain entry tickets and services may be non-refundable. You will be informed at the time of booking if this applies to your reservation.

The final number of passengers must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to departure. Increases in passenger numbers may be possible, subject to availability, and may incur a supplement.

We strive to make our tours accessible to everyone. While some attractions may have limited access, we can provide accessible vehicles for your group. Please let us know of any special requirements when enquiring so we can check availability and provide the best possible quote.

For health and safety reasons, our staff cannot assist with boarding or wheeling during tours. We recommend that a carer or relative helps with your wheelchair or mobility scooter and getting in and out of the vehicle.
