Upon arrival in Manchester, meet your local guide to start your small group tour to North Wales.
Leaving the city behind, head towards majestic Snowdonia National Park, where we will explore some of Wales's most incredible scenery and heritage.
The first stop is the ancient market town of Conwy. Here, you can wander around the historic town, exploring the history and wide range of shops and attractions that make it such a popular visitor destination. Admire the medieval castle that overlooks the town. It dates to the 13th century and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Departing the city, we head into the vast beauty of the Snowdonia National Park, enjoying the majestic landscape that truly captures the imagination. After a drive through the National Park, we head towards the National Slate Museum to discover the rich heritage of Welsh industry.
Llanberis Lake Railway
From here, you will join the Llanberis Lake Railway, a traditional steam train (please note that it runs only from March to November) that travels along Lake Padarn. Enjoy the views that surround you.
A stop at Betws-y-Coed is a traditional Welsh village that thrives because of the tourists who descend on it to see the beautiful landscape and enjoy the views and river surrounding the village. Filled with quaint shops and places to eat, the village is filled with character and charm that has inspired artists and writers over the centuries.
