Where can I get picked up for my tour?
Most of our morning and full day coach tours depart from Victoria Coach Station, Gates 1-5. Please check your eticket for the time of departure. Victoria Coach Station is a 10 minute walk from Victoria Train Station and please arrive half an hour before your scheduled departure.
Our Warner Bros. Studio Tour will depart from the Evan Evans Office 258 Vauxhall Bridge Road. Please check the time of your departure on your ticket and again arrive half an hour before the scheduled departure time.

All Rock and Roll Tours tours will depart from the Original London Visitor Centre
Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle Tour including lunch will depart from the Queen's Gallery
Royal Windsor Afternoon Tour with Lunch will depart from the Evan Evans Office
Attractions and Dining Experiences: please check your ticket for the exact departure point and time (if a set time)
Where will I get dropped off at the end of my tour?
Our Morning coach tours finish in either Trafalgar Square or Victoria.
Harry Potter Film Locations Walking Tour ends at Kings Cross Station
London in One Day and Afternoon London Tour your tour will end at Westminster Pier
For our full day tours your coach will return to Victoria Train Station. Your guide may offer other drop off points before returning to Victoria Train Station. Your guide will come and speak to you on board the coach advise you the best point to get off and how to take the Underground or Bus services back to your hotel.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour and Stonehenge Express tours will return to Victoria Train Station.
Please note that the order of our tours is subject to change, we cannot guarantee what the last stop will be on the tour. If you are wishing to leave the tour at one of the stops please keep this in mind. Please contact our team about this and we will endeavour to assist with your request but this cannot be guaranteed.
What time will I return to London from our tour?
Morning tours finish no later than approximately 1.30pm.
All our full day coach based tours should be finished by no later than 8pm. Traffic permitting.
Stonehenge Inner Circle Access, Oxford & Windsor will return at approx 10pm (10.30pm in July and August)
Our train tours return between 8pm and 10pm.
Entrances will be included if the tour option that you have selected includes these. Please check the tour page for more information
If you wish to add in the entrances for your tour please contact our team who will be able to assist with adding these to your booking.
What's not included?
- Lunch (unless stated the itinerary) Our guides will give you suggestions on what is available for lunch or you can bring a packed lunch on board the coach (no hot food or hot drinks permitted on board).

- Personal Items
- Travel to and from Stations and your chosen pick up point.
Do your coaches have toilets on board?
There are no toilets on board our coaches. There are toilets available at the sights included in your tour.
Victoria Coach Station does have toilets which can be used prior to departure of your tour, please note that there is a charge for use.
Can I take my luggage on tour with me?
If you need to take your luggage with you, this is possible and will be stored on the coach for you. There is also left luggage at Victoria Coach Station.
What if I need to cancel my tour?
Coach Tours (full and half day): a refund will be made up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.
Rail Tours and Attraction tickets: once booked, tickets are not refundable.
Can I make amendments to my booking?
We can make amendments up to 24 hours before your coach tours depart subject to availability.
You can email or call us quoting your booking reference and giving us the details for the changes you wish to make.
If I lose something on tour can I get it back?
We will make every effort to get your lost property back to you. We may ask you to pay for any cost involved.
Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?
We are able to take folding wheelchairs only on our buses. Please let us know prior to your departure so we are aware as some of the attractions we visit on our tours need to know in advance. Please email our team: email@example.com and quote your booking reference number
If you have any dietary requirements to advise for any tours including meals?
If you have purchased a tour or a dining experience that includes a meal and have any dietary restrictions that we need to be made aware of, please email our team at least 72 hours prior to your tour or dining experience with this information. Please note that all dietary requirements are on a requests basis and the venue providing the meal will do their best to accommodate all needs.
