When you make a booking with Evan Evans, if you need to change your travel plans for any reason, you can rest assured that your money is well-protected. Most of our Tours and Experiences have a 24 or 48-hour cancellation policy*, which means that if you can’t travel with us and choose to cancel before the cancellation notice period, you won’t be charged anything.

The price you see is the price you’ll pay; we’ll never charge you a fee to make a booking with us.

YOUR MONEY IS PROTECTED

If you can’t travel and inform us before the stated cancellation notice period, then you have the option to re-book, save your payment as a Future Travel Credit to book with us again in the future, or receive a full refund.
