Just like the beautiful game, the tour can take around 90 minutes as you enjoy exclusive access to First Team and premium areas as well as the custom-designed NFL facilities. Gain an insight into how the players prepare on a match day and follow their journey by walking out of the first-team changing rooms, through the tunnel, and into the stadium bowl to an impressive 62,850 seats; you can almost hear the crowd!
Explore the Tunnel Club and The H Club and listen to never-before-heard stories from legendary players for a truly unique experience. - Stadium Tours start from inside the Tottenham Experience (Spurs Shop) at the check-in desk. There will be directional signage to the check-in desk upon entry, and the team can also help direct you

The Tour route is step-free and wheelchair accessible, and there are lifts for visitors to use in the Tottenham Experience and West Atrium. There are also seated areas at several points along the route
