• The duration is a suggested time only. The London Eye rotation takes 30 minutes
• Private Capsules: Minimum 2 Adults (18 yrs+) required per capsule
• E-tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on the ticket
• Please present your e-ticket on your smart phone and the barcode will be scanned
• Cancellations or amendments to bookings can be made up to 23:59 the day before travel. Cancellations after this time will be charged at 100%
• Standard ticket includes a 30-minute rotation in one of the 32 pods
