If you are unable to travel with us, or have a booking for a tour that is currently unable to operate, rest assured that your tour can be postponed and rebooked without any penalty at any time. Here are the available options:
Re-book now and change the travel dates or tour to any of our tours without penalty for travel up to and including 31st March 2022*
Elect to hold a Future Travel Credit of the full amount paid of the suspended tour, redeemable against any new booking for travel on any tour departing before 31st March 2023*
Please note: these policies are subject to change at any time and are not retroactive for bookings cancelled prior to Friday the 12th of April 2020.
*Tours and dates are subject to availability. If you choose a tour that is more expensive than the original, youwill be responsible to pay the difference in price.

In this new, fast-changing Covid-19 era, we are doing all we can to adapt to new requirements and expectations, given the disruption caused. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to Public Health England, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitisers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practises throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage, or requests from our professional staff, once you are holidaying with us.
