Our hearts and minds go out to all who've been impacted by this unprecedented pandemic; we want you to know that the well-being of our guests and our teams is - and will always be - our first priority.
As we plan to resume our tours, for your peace of mind we have implemented a number of new hygiene and distancing measures. For details see our Travel Health page.
Our office is currently closed due to government advice and our teams are working from home. While this change has negatively impacted our call waiting times, we remain as committed as ever to supporting you through this difficult time.
If you have a booking with us, rest assured that your tour can be postponed and rebooked without any penalty at any time. Here are the available options:
For tours departing between the 5th November - 2nd December 2020 inclusive
If you have a tour booked during this period, you're eligible to either:
Re-book now and change the travel dates or tour to any of our tours without penalty for travel between 3rd December 2020 and 31st March 2022*
Elect to hold a Future Travel Credit of the full amount paid of the suspended tour, redeemable against any new booking for travel on any tour departing before 31st March 2022*
Please note: these policies are subject to change at any time and are not retroactive for bookings cancelled prior to Friday 20th March 2020.
For all other 2020 bookings
If you have an existing booking on a tour departing after the 2nd December 2020, our standard booking conditions apply. We can also offer a free of charge date change or you can use the same value against a different tour*. In order to do this please contact us in the usual way.
*Tours and dates are subject to availability. If you choose a tour that is more expensive than the original, youwill be responsible to pay the difference in price.
Enhanced Hygiene Protocols and Personal Responsibility – COVID-19 Warning
In this new, fast changing Covid-19 era, we are doing all we can to adapt to new requirements and expectations, given the disruption caused. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to Public Health England, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitisers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practises throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage, or requests from our professional staff, once you are holidaying with us.
