Celebrate Easter at London Zoo with an unforgettable family adventure packed with discovery, creativity, and seasonal fun. This spring, visitors are invited to explore the Zoo on a special Easter egg hunt, searching high and low for six giant Easter eggs hidden around the grounds. Each egg reveals a secret letter and a riddle to solve, encouraging curious minds to work together as they uncover clues across the Zoo.

As part of ZSL’s incredible 200th anniversary this year, families can then head to the final lawn side location next to the ZSL 200 exhibition to claim a delicious chocolate prize and celebrate completing the trail.

The Easter fun doesn’t stop there – young explorers can also take part in a creative arts and crafts activity, decorating their very own Easter Bunny crown inspired by ZSL’s 200 years of wildlife science and conservation.

The Zoo’s biggest experience, Land of the Lions, gives you the chance to get closer than ever before to the mighty Asiatic lions – of which only 400 remain in the wild. You can explore walkways covering the 2,500sqm Indian-themed exhibit.

Monkey Valley, newly opened in August 2022, will transport you to the lush mountainous forest of Central Africa against the backdrop of a 30ft waterfall and peaceful lagoon. Get ready to step into the action and experience our troop of gravity-defying, 'high-flying' colobus monkeys leaping, lounging, swinging, and snoozing in their new tree-top-inspired habitat.

Come face-to-face with one of nature’s most awesome predators in Tiger Territory, learn about the natural behaviours of Sumatran tigers and discover the conservation issues these creatures face in the wild.

Tiny Giants is a celebration of all things small but mighty and the sometimes strange but always wonderful world of invertebrates. Also home to a brand new coral reef tank, this indoor experience is one not to be missed.

You’ll love heading down to the beach to watch our colony of Humboldt penguins dive, swim, frolic and feed in England's largest penguin pool, complete with large underwater viewing windows. And step Into Africa to observe the elegance and grace of the giraffes before moving on to the magnificent residents of Gorilla Kingdom.

Hop around the world and experience some of the rarest and most unique reptiles and amphibians on Earth, from the snake-eating king cobra to mountain chickens we're saving from the brink of extinction.

With eight different habitats, the Secret Life of Reptiles of Amphibians is an educational tour spanning the globe, stopping off in the dense rainforests of South America, mountain jungles in Asia, and giant dormant volcanoes in Cameroon.

ZSL London Zoo's brand new Animal Adventure zone will take young visitors on a journey of discovery. Meet animals ranging from eagle owls and porcupines to mongooses and meerkats and find out more about these creatures' secret and often surprising lives in the wild.

Meet your favourite farm animals like cows, sheep, pigs, goats and chickens in this hands-on petting zoo, alongside some less common animal species like llamas and alpacas.
