The Zoo’s biggest experience, Land of the Lions, gives you the chance to get closer than ever before to the mighty Asiatic lions – of which only 400 remain in the wild. You can explore walkways covering the 2,500sqm Indian-themed exhibit.

Monkey Valley, newly opened in August 2022, will transport you to the lush mountainous forest of Central Africa against the backdrop of a 30ft waterfall and peaceful lagoon. ZSL London Zoo's brand new Animal Adventure zone will take young visitors on a journey of discovery. Meet animals ranging from eagle owls and porcupines to mongooses and meerkats and find out more about these creatures' secret and often surprising lives in the wild.

Meet your favourite farm animals like cows, sheep, pigs, goats and chickens in this hands-on petting zoo, alongside some less common animal species like llamas and alpacas.
