The guide is enthusiatic although the Scottish English is difficult to listen for me as a non-native speaker.
The traveling time is too long.

The booking process was relatively easy. A bit more frank disclosure would have assisted, about how much driving versus how much and what visiting would be involved in a 12-hour tour. We would probably have chosen a different option, but would have chosen something.
The guide person was excellent, her discussions informative and entertaining However, the coach was intolerably hot and airless, and engine-wise sounded in marginal condition; the seats were too narrow, the aisle set-up was difficult, causing a fall. The description was misleading, because of the predominance of long driving. Sterling Castle was viewed only briefly at a distance at high speed, with similar shortchanging of other "sights". Loch Ness was really only to see the lock system and a long walk to peek at one extreme end of the loch. Closed shops at the stops and little justification other than bathroom use - fees by the way. There were nice overlook stops in the highlands. We would have chosen something else, shorter, involving more well-chosen visiting and less driving, and would not recommend this particular "Loch Ness" tour.
