  • A devastating fire broke out at Windsor Castle on November 20, 1992<\/strong>, destroying 115 rooms and about 20% of the castle grounds.     Windsor is easy to reach by car or public transportation from London, and travel time varies between 40 minutes and 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
