Scuba diving in Scotland<\/a> certainly isn\u2019t tropical fish and clear blue seas. It\u2019s all about exploring shipwrecks beneath the sea. The marine life seems to have made a home for itself amongst the German High Seas Fleet, which was scuttled in Orkney on 21st June 1919.

The accredited instructors at the <\/span>Scapa Scuba<\/span><\/a> dive centre, described as \u201cone of the best dive sites in the world\u201d, will take you deep down in the North Sea to explore what\u2019s left of seven First World Warships. Family can watch from the viewing platform as you glide, head first, at 118mph. This isn\u2019t one for the faint-hearted – but it\u2019s sure to give you the adrenaline rush you crave!

If you\u2019re looking for something a little more gentle, head down the road to <\/span>Zip World Bounce Below<\/span><\/a>. Thrill seekers of all ages can, literally, \u2018bounce below\u2019 in deep underground caverns, an ancient Welsh slate mine. Bounce on huge nets and drop-down industrial slides, which are the height of two double-decker buses – it\u2019s a real subterranean playground.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mountain Biking in the Lake District<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
