All the while, your timeline fills up with hundreds, thousands even, of your friends’ amazing holiday snaps. Beautiful beaches, stunning cityscapes, and scrumptious-looking lunchtime morsels plague your nightmares. Not to mention those bikini selfies. Ergh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By Tower Bridge<\/h2>\n\n\n

There’s nothing more iconic than Tower Bridge. Its beautiful twin towers need little in the way of introduction. However, due to the position of the Thames, there’s real art involved in capturing the perfect shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most tourists approach from the North next to the Tower of London and try to snap their shot from there. Cross over to the Southbank, however, and you’ll find the perfect patch of green on the west edge called Potter’s Field Park. This is the best view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neal’s Yard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You have to get in your pics of the big sights. However, you can’t look like a mere tourist. You need to show your followers that you really KNOW the city and that all its secret spots are yours to explore. For this, we recommend a few stunning snaps of Neil’s Yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This intimate courtyard in central London has a colourful, vibrant feel that shows off the cool urban vibe of Covent Garden. And it’s only a short, very pretty walk from Leicester Square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the Natural History Museum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ok, I’m biased on this one. The Natural History Museum is my favourite building in the world. Its beautiful Terracotta tile work is a feast for the eyes, and there are so many amazing things inside to take photos of that it’s difficult to know where to start. If I were you, I’d start with the 3.5-meter antlers of the Giant Irish Elk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anywhere in Greenwich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yup. Greenwich is so full of history and heritage that you really don’t need to go far to find a stunning Insta Spot. If you’re a fan of cityscapes, you can climb up to the Observatory and grab a shot of the Thames and the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If architecture is more your thing, snap up the Old Royal Naval College – especially the interior. And if, like me, you’re an aspiring pirate at heart, pluck a great photo of the Cutty Sark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Millenium Bridge<\/h2>\n\n\n

This slightly-less-iconic bridge will take your followers a little by surprise. Not only is it a stunning architectural landmark, but it also offers the best possible view of St Paul’s Cathedral available in the city. Snap at night for best results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
